A
wide range of crabmeat products are available in various pack
sizes. We offer White, Brown and 50/50 in 454g and 500g sizes
which are well suited to the catering market. Also available are
227g and 250g trays as well as 200g pots
We pride ourselves on the quality and
shelf life of our crabmeat. All the products are available as
fresh, pasturised or frozen.
On the fresh we are able to give a
shelf life of 4 days from delivery. Pasturising under controlled
conditions in
our state of the art facility enables us to give an extended shelf life
up to 14 days for the trays. All our frozen produce is
blast frozen immediately after cooking to keep the taste locked in and
will keep extremely well for up to three months.
